At a glance
- You retain your rights in your content and give Earth permission to process it to provide the service.
- Respect other people’s privacy and rights. Do not harass, exploit, defraud, or bypass access controls.
- Dimensions change conversation behavior; they do not provide end-to-end encryption.
- Availability and permanent message storage are not guaranteed. Your mandatory legal rights remain.
What do these Terms cover?
These Terms cover your use of Earth 256D on the web and in the Android app. Earth is a communications service where dimensions change how conversations behave. “Earth”, “we”, and “us” refer to the operator of the service; “you” refers to the person using it.
The operator’s legal name, country, contact details, and minimum age must be confirmed before these Terms become final. The Privacy Policy explains how the service handles personal information.
What am I responsible for?
Provide accurate account information, use an identity you are entitled to use, protect your sign-in credentials, and approve only devices you control or trust. You are responsible for your use of the service and the content you submit. Do not access another person’s account or share access in a way that compromises their privacy.
What should I know about dimensions and messages?
Dimensions can change when messages are sent, revealed, displayed, retained in the conversation, or made unavailable. Read the explanation of the dimension you use before relying on its behavior. Delivery and timing can also depend on connectivity, device state, and service availability.
A disappearing or hidden message is not a guarantee that every copy has been deleted. Recipients may save or capture what they see. Dimension behavior does not prevent this.
Messages are not end-to-end encrypted. Earth’s backend systems and personnel with privileged database access can read stored message content. See the Privacy Policy for the current access model.
Do I still own my content?
You retain your rights in content you submit. You give Earth permission to host, store, copy, transmit, display, and technically process that content as needed to provide the features you use and protect the service. This permission does not transfer ownership of your content to Earth.
Only submit content you are entitled to share. Respect other people’s privacy and intellectual-property rights. Do not publish private information about someone without permission or another lawful basis.
What behavior is prohibited?
- Harassment, threats, stalking, fraud, or deceptive impersonation.
- Sexual exploitation or abuse of children, or distribution of illegal content.
- Sharing another person’s private information unlawfully or using Earth to violate their rights.
- Sending spam, distributing malware, or disrupting the service.
- Bypassing account, conversation, or device access controls; exploiting vulnerabilities; or accessing data you are not authorized to access.
- Automated activity that circumvents limits, harvests personal information, or interferes with other people’s use of Earth.
Can Earth remove content or suspend access?
Earth may restrict access, suspend or terminate an account, or remove content when necessary to address a breach of these Terms, unlawful activity, a security threat, or a legal obligation. These Terms do not promise that Earth reviews every message or detects every violation.
Use available blocking controls to limit unwanted contact. A working route for reporting abuse, questioning restrictions, and requesting review still needs to be confirmed before publication. Where applicable law requires reasons, notice, or review rights, those requirements continue to apply.
Can features change or stop working?
Earth may change, add, or discontinue features. Maintenance, network problems, software errors, or changes to third-party services can interrupt availability or affect delivery. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or permanent storage of conversation history.
Earth is not an emergency service. Use appropriate emergency channels when urgent assistance is needed. Keep your own copy of information you need to retain, where you have the right to do so.
What about other services?
Sign-in providers, app stores, browsers, and device notification services may have their own terms and policies. Those terms apply to your use of their services. Links or integration with another service do not mean Earth guarantees that service’s availability or content.
How do I stop using Earth?
You can stop using Earth at any time. Signing out, uninstalling the app, or stopping use does not delete information stored on the servers. Account deletion and data requests are explained in the Privacy Policy, including the current absence of a self-service deletion flow.
What happens if something goes wrong?
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis without a guarantee that it will meet every expectation or remain available at all times. Nothing in these Terms excludes a legal obligation or limits a remedy, liability, or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
How do updates and disputes work?
Revised Terms will carry an updated date. Material changes should be communicated through the service, with notice or renewed acceptance where required by applicable law.
The operator’s contact details and any governing-law or dispute-resolution provisions remain to be confirmed. This draft does not impose an arbitration requirement or choose a court. Mandatory protections under the law that applies to you remain available.
