Mission control is one person.
Hi, I’m Kibet. I built Earth, and I’m also the person who gets your email. There is no department to transfer you to. We have achieved unprecedented efficiency by not having departments.
A multiverse on a very terrestrial budget.
I built this on a ten-year-old PC, mostly with free AI credits, and with Codex or Claude Code when I could afford them. The machine has seen enough operating systems to qualify as a dimension of its own.
Earth happens in my spare time, around a 9-to-5 that pays the bills and, ideally, funds a cold White Cap at least once a week. The multiverse currently depends on a fairly ordinary payroll cycle.
I enjoyed building Earth so much that it consumed almost every waking moment for over five months. Even when I wasn’t at the keyboard, I was thinking about what a conversation could become. “Spare time” turned out to be a very elastic concept.
I’m the sole employee. Development, support, and the person asking development why something broke are all me. Our all-hands meetings have excellent attendance.
You’re reaching me, directly.
atlonglastkibet@gmail.comQuestions, feedback, bugs, privacy questions, or account and data requests: send them here. Your message reaches an individual, not a support department wearing a human name.
You can also find me as @atlonglastkibet on X or Instagram.
I may be at work, fixing something, or briefly participating in life outside a screen. A reply may take a little time. There is no 24-hour support team, just one person moving through the usual 24 hours.
Give me something to investigate.
For a bug, tell me what you were doing, which dimension you were in, and whether you were using the website or Android app. ‘It broke’ establishes a mood. A few details establish a starting point. Device details and a screenshot can help, but remove private messages or information about other people first.
Never send your password, sign-in code, or invitation token. For a privacy or account request, explain the request without emailing your conversation history.
You may find an answer in How It Works, the dimension field guide, or the Privacy Policy.
